Basil Pesto Rotini: Chefs signature basil and pistachio pesto over spirals of pasta, paired wonderfully with sundried tomatoes and roasted sweet peppers then sprinkled with feta cheese.
Char-grilled Pork Tenderloin: A dry rub combination of ancho and chipotle peppers lend flavor to this dish. Topped with chipotle aioli, diced tomatoes and scallions.
Grouper Picatta: Our panko crusted grouper is flash fried which adds a twist to a traditional favorite sause of white wine, lemon juice and capers.
Chicken Saltimbocca: Rossi's version of the Italian classic. Sautéed chicken breast layered with prosciutto, fresh spinach and Mozzarella cheese then served in a Marsala wine sauce. Delicious!

Roasted Duck: A half duck roasted tender with a crispy outer layer enhanced by chocolate and cherry flavors of our port wine reduction. Absolutely the best in town!
